Lemongrass Pork sausage (Sach Krog Kroeung សាច់ក្រក គ្រឿង) is our most popular sausage. It is mildly spicy and packed with traditional flavors that take you back to Cambodia. This sausage is well known among older generations of Cambodia. Chef Channy: “I remember the very first time my mother made this sausage. I hadn’t ever tasted anything like it before. Such a wonderful combination of pork, and spices that is just right for the best sausage in the world! This is one of the recipes that would have been easily forgotten because it is not so popular like Twah Ko. I am delighted to see that it is here to stay.”
